Un aperçu d'un prochain "shopping day in Paris"

A moi, alpaga, tissu Liberty, et autres...Je prépare mon voyage à Paris. Un samedi entier pour mes petits pieds à courir aux 4 coins de Paris pour remplir ma valise de ces merveilleuses trouvailles françaises ☺

Tellement de bonnes adresses que j'ai créé une Google map pour ne rien oublier.

On ne vit pas dans la Silicon Valley sans être accro aux nouvelles technologie !!

Ai je bien tout listé????

Je commence doucement par la Droguerie, car il faut beaucoup d'énergie pour cette boutique.

Ensuite petite marche jusqu'à Lil Weasel, attention les yeux, j'ai l'APN ready, cette boutique elle est trop mimi!!
On continue sur Merci, toujours en priant de trouver ma valise Liberty. On peut toujours rêver!!
Pas très loin l'entrée des fournisseurs, passage obligé pour faire le plein de rubans, boutons, dentelles, et regarder les dernières belles choses parisiennes.
La on fait une pause déjeuné car le quartier du Marais a toujours de bonnes adresses bouffes.

On reprend de plus belle, direction Junku, une librairie japonaise. J'avoue que c'est surtout par curiosité car j'ai lu tellement dans les blogs sur cette boutique que ça m'intrigue.

Apres on file au comptoir, ou j'ai deja des commandes qui m'attendent. J'ai craqué sur une laine danoise...

Parce que je ne suis pas égoïste et que ma copine qui m'accompagne adore la couture, un petit passage au Marché St pierre et ses nombreux magasins s'oblige.

Apres tout ça, on en remet une dernière couche avec une visite au bon marché et sa grande épicerie pour se restaurer et soigner nos petits pieds.

Les petits électrons libres roses sont le petit bonus si jamais on avait le temps, les magasins Bonpoint (celui des fins de séries et celui du concept store, le plus grand de la marque) et les livres Gilbert Jeune.

Au programme, lots of shopping, la boutique de Liberty (=un must), un cours pour prendre de belles photos de mes tricots, un market place avec un énorme stand de Wollemeise ☺

J'ai hâte d'y être... vivement le 15 juillet.

Un petit tour à Stitches West

2011 sera l'année des salons du tricot pour moi. Apres NYC en Janvier, pas besoin de prendre un avion pour "Stitches West", puis ce que c'est littéralement à 2 pas de chez moi.
Salon géant du tricot, on y trouve des tonnes de fil à tricoter, accessoires, magazines, distributeurs, petites boutiques des 4 coins du monde. On en prend plein les yeux et les jambes pendant une longue journée. C'est mon troisième et à chaque fois, les trouvailles sont innombrables.

2011 will be the knitting trade show for me. After NYC this January, no need to take a plane this time for "Stitches West", as it is in my area.
Giangatic knitting trade show, you can find yarns, accessories, bags, magazines, web base distributors, little boutiques from around the world. You spend the day walking around and wanted to take a tons of pictures of all the amazing stuffs you looking at. It is my third time and each experience at the show is amazing.

Going yarn shopping in Paris is easy but you need a little preparation with maps. The city can be confusing to foreigners.
I included a map with the "arrondissements" or districts. There are 20 in Paris. It starts with the 1st one in the center of the city and continue in a shape of a snail.

You can find the district number on the upper part of the street signs at each corner.
If you get lost, just look at the sign and you will immediately know where you are.
